Green Hemp Smoothie

Green Smoothies are man’s best friend.

Ingredients:

4 Tablespoons hemp seed protein
1 Tablespoon hemp seed oil
A handful freshly picked spinach or kale
1 frozen banana (peel and freeze in container)
3 dates (soaked preferably)
1/2 avocado
250-350ml structured mineral water
1 Tablespoons lemon juice (any citrus juice works)
2 Tablespoons chia seed (soaked preferably)
1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked preferably)
3-5 cubes of Ice

Method:
Add all ingredients with a dash of love into high powered blender and whiz for 30 seconds or more.
